How can I pay for my tuition with a credit card or Web check?
The Student Account Suite is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the Pay Online or Owl Express links on the right-hand menu under Bursar Quick Links. Web check payments from checking or savings accounts are accepted with no charge. Upon verification of your routing and account information, your payment will be posted immediately. Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover are also accepted, although a 2.95% convenience fee will apply. Follow all Web payment instructions for verification of your card numbers. If your credit card is approved, your fees will be charged immediately.

Why did my Web check payment not process successfully?
Web check payments can only be drawn from a regular checking and saving account.

When I am trying to pay my tuition and fees on-line, it keeps bringing me back to the same screen and not to the next prompt?You may have a pop-up blocker enabled on your browser. Pop-up blockers must be disabled in order for the necessary screens to open up with options to select and complete payment transaction.

When will my approved financial aid be applied to my account?
Approved financial aid funds usually download on the final payment deadline of each semester. This download is usually completed by mid-day. Students must verify their student account and ensure all tuition fees have been paid by the deadline.

Why was my financial aid not applied to my summer semester?Students must complete an intent to enroll for the summer semester in order for any financial aid to be dispersed to their summer semester.

What is the percentage of my refund when I withdraw from classes?If subject to a refund, students may access this information on the Registrar website.

How will I be refunded?If subject to a refund, funds will be refunded through the student's selected refund preference.

What if I do not have my refund selection kit anymore?A new kit must be requested through Card Services.

Why did I not receive an invoice for my tuition and fees?All billing information regarding tuition and fees are sent to the students through their KSU student email. Students must check their KSU email account frequently for offical communications from the University.
