PeopleSoft / ePro Login

Due to the upgrade in PeopleSoft to 5.40, there is now a new way to log in to the system. Each user will need to access the site via the link below, as well as use the Duo authentication. Each user's PeopleSoft username and password are no longer valid, and instead has changed to the same login information as Microsoft Outlook and OneUSG Connect (i.e., YourNetID@kennesaw.edu and your netID password). Please see below for important information when logging in:

If you have clicked on Self-Service, your Navigation Bar will show "Worklist" as the first option. Please log out using the three vertical dots in the upper-right part of your screen (shown below) and selecting "Sign Out", otherwise you will run into an error when trying to access "GeorgiaFIRST Financials".
